point your toes, hold 2 seconds for each ab exercise

 5/8 Abs and legs we added a few plank hold for 30 seconds
Need to sit in those toe touches- don't learn towards toes. Bring
legs to arms an point toes.
need to run at least 30 min on your own

If you can't make it to the Track make it work at home.

  Full Body Lets work hard all the time and make smart decisions in all aspects of your lives.


Rotate through workouts every day you need at least 30 minutes of cardio. work yourself up to 60minutes. Cardio can include running, biking, Zumba, elliptical, or stair climber.
